At Little Weirdo, each of our products is carefully handcrafted with love, skill, and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of handmade items, we kindly ask you to review the following Non-Returns Policy:

1 Non-Returnable Items
◦ As our products are handmade and often customised, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.

◦ This includes items that are made to order, personalised, or tailored to specific customer requests.

2 Faulty or Damaged Items
◦ In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

◦ We will request photographic evidence of the issue and may arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3 Conditions for Returns (Faulty Items Only)
◦ The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

◦ It must be returned in its original packaging to ensure its safe arrival back to us.

4 Exemptions
◦ Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are normal and part of the unique character of handmade goods. These will not be considered faults.
